Susan Frucci is a dedicated leader with a passion for empowering women to discover their true purpose and potential. She believes personal fulfillment comes from aligning one’s unique gifts and passions, and she is fully committed to helping others find joy, direction, and meaning in their lives.
Susan earned a degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, equipping her with a solid foundation in business management and financial oversight. This background has fueled a career centered on meaningful impact and service. Since April 2019, Susan has served as Executive Director of Hannah's House of Michiana, bringing over a decade of experience in culture, staff development, and organizational health. Under her leadership, Hannah’s House has strengthened its mission of equipping women in the Michiana community for lasting transformation. Prior to her work at Hannah’s House, Susan spent nearly twelve years at Granger Community Church, where she held several leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources. Her commitment to team empowerment and healthy culture left a lasting imprint on the organization. A servant leader at heart, Susan is also an entrepreneur, a devoted mother, and a trusted friend. She leads with compassion, integrity, and a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others. |
