Susan's educational background includes a degree in Business/Accounting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, providing her with a strong foundation in business management and accounting. This educational foundation has fueled her career, which is driven by a desire to positively impact the lives of others. As the Executive Director of Hannah's House of Michiana, Susan brings over a decade of specialized experience in culture, staff health, and development to her role. Since stepping into this position in April 2019, she has played a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its mission of empowering women in the Michiana community. Before joining Hannah's House, Susan dedicated nearly twelve years to Granger Community Church, where she held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources. Her commitment to staff empowerment and organizational development made a significant impact on the church community. Susan is a true servant leader, deeply committed to helping women excel and embrace their purpose. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an entrepreneur, a devoted mom, and a trusted friend.
